Sea Serpent
                            
                                        Uniquely designed wall art in a three dimensional contemporary styling. The highly figured blistered maple
                                        evokes a unique image of a sea serpent set against a shimmering, vibrant sea background. The figured,
                                        blistered maple is set against a dark wenge surround. The sides of the art are dark wenge and this wall art
                                        is raised to provide depth. All surfaces are hand planed and meticulous attention is provided to both detail
                                        and finishing. The wood is not stained and attains a natural patina over time and exposure to ambient light. 
                                        Finished with multiple coats of thinned natural shellac, polished and waxed.
