Uplifting
                            
                                             Uniquely designed mixed media art in an art deco style. The angular shaped rosewood center
                                             sections combine with a highly figured fiddleback maple top to form both decorative wood art and
                                             a functional stand for a small art object. Satin finish solid metal serves to join the center sections
                                             to the top and also to create legs for the piece. The surfaces are hand planed and formed.
                                             Meticulous attention is provided to both detail and finishing. The wood is not stained and attains
                                             a natural patina over time and with exposure to ambient light. Finished with multiple coats of
                                             thinned shellac, polished and waxed.
